Could not be happier as a new patient today. Staff and physician at this location are extremely polite and very efficient with moving me through from x-ray to dental chair with a nominal wait for the physician to come and review. I was a little hesitant in the beginning because they could not confirm my insurance prior to getting there to let me know that in fact they did take it. However, when I was there, they made the phone call got everything cleared. Unfortunately, they only have two hygienist so I was not able to complete my visit with a cleaning so that’s scheduled into the near future with my request if they get a cancellation to feel free to call me to see if I can make it down there quick enough. Very thorough initial exam.

I recently had a pretty bad experience at another dental practice I prayed for a place I could go to and feel comfortable and that I was listened to. Well thank God I found that in Aspen. Everyone, Starting at the front desk, to the extremely kind X-ray tech, Dr. B and the very patient young lady to discuss payment options, were all so kind and helpful. I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. Thank you Aspen staff for your service

I am very disappointed in my experience with Aspen Dental. I went to the dentist because I have spent the past three weeks with a toothache while trying to find a dental office covered by my insurance provider. At the dentist office a dental technician asked me what my dental issue was. I told her tat I har a toothache in my upper right jaw and i showed her the exact tooth that was the problem. After taking all of the x-rays that they needed, they sat me in an examination room for over 20 minutes while they waited for a dental hygienist to become available to examine me. When the hygienist showed up I told them that I was not there to meet with a hygienist, I was there because I needed to see a dentist. Where I previously resided I regularly met with my dental hygienist three times each year. When they finally brought a dentist into the room, she asked me what my dental issue was. I explained to the dentist that I was having a tooth ache caused by a tooth on the right side of my upper jaw. I pointed to the problem tooth and explained that I have had the toothache for the past three weeks. The dentist looked at the tooth, then looked at the x-rays. The dentist then turned to me and asked if the tooth I was having an issue with was actually located on my lower jaw. I told her that the problem tooth was in my upper jaw. The Dentist then took one of her dental tools and started tapping in on a tooth in my lower jaw. I told her again that the problem tooth was in my upper jaw. The dentist just ignored what I said to her and she continued to examine a tooth on my lower jaw. I again stated that she was examining the wrong tooth. At that point the dentist again looked at the x-rays, then turned to me and said to me that I would have to see an oral surgeon first before she could perform any dental work on my mouth. The dentist then told her assistant to write up a referral for me and then she left. I asked her assistant if they could recommend an oral surgeon and I was told that I would have to find one on my own. This was a very disappointing experience for me. I will not be going back to this dental practice.

They were informative of what I needed yes. Then how they limit your options make you wait hr just to tell you that u don't have insurance. I did gave it to the front desk help. The were the worst. The lady who did my x rays was the best part of experience. The billing and financial part blew me off said I didn't have insurance sent me out the door with a 9000 dollar estimate. When I informed them I had insurance they hurry me out the door said someone should call. Still waiting. They should get zero stars clown ass staff. No call no fallow up nothing. I'll take my money and insurance go somewhere else. I tell everyone how they suck. It was the worst.
