Katrina Mason5 StarDr. Louis and his staff (in both Salisbury and Easton offices) are great! Thorough explanations of procedures. Excellent beside manor. Received a phone call from Dr. Louis himself hours after my procedure to see how I was feeling; a first for me from any doctor. I have terrible anxiety about dental procedures but Dr. Louis and his staff made it as comfortable for me as possible.Wednesday 4th December 2024

The care provided to me was a 10/10, particularly by the office director of operations, Demetrio, who explained each step in the treatment plan and coordinated with my general dentist. This lessened my anxiety and clearly demonstrated the professionalism of the practice.
The cosmetic work completed is impeccably well done by Dr. Louis, which is exactly what I wanted.
This practice exceeds the expectations of what and how a dental practice should operate.

From my first phone call ( I was upset after a bad experience at my routine dentist) with a genuinely caring individual who was very patient and kind.
To an extremely gentle and very knowledgeable hygienist who has a wonderful calming presence.
And lastly to an amazing Director of Operation who took time to assist me with my dental insurance provider ( he really went above and beyond for me)
Dr Louis is an outstanding dentist who explains everything in a simple to understand way and has created a wonderful environment in which to offer treatment as well as put his patients at ease.Thursday 25th July 2024

And what came during and after the amount of xrays, and initial exam by Dr Louis was a ton of laughter in between and Demitrio on the checkout and the "plan".
