liz1 StarCalled the office to inquire about new patients, and was told by the woman on the phone that I either needed to get the forms online or come to the office and pick them up and return them BEFORE they would even make an appointment for my son. Well the google docs for the forms online require permission to be granted, which I did not receive after 5 requests. This morning, my husband went into the office to retrieve the paperwork, and one of the women ignored him after staring at him and sighing for 15 minutes, while another nurse came out of the back, asked the other nurse what was going on, and then rudely and condescendingly told my husband that I had not been given that information on Monday and that the appointment could be made while I fill out the paperwork. I really don’t get why all this is necessary, but I will not be following through with my son as a new patient, that is for certain. I’m so floored, this is would be comical if I wasn’t so annoyed.Thursday 7th March 2024
London Rose1 StarToday I called to express with the office that I felt they were too rough with my 4 year old when receiving his shots. The office manager said she and the other nurse are the only two nurses that give the shots, and that the doctor is rougher. Then she let me know she wouldn’t feel comfortable giving them to him herself because of my complaint. So now I will be transferring him to a new office. ON TOP OF THAT, the Office manager, acted like she was putting the phone down and was laughing and “taking a deep breath”. She had so much attitude and was so unprofessional. This is not the first time I’ve had a issue, I had to change his doctor in that office. I RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD THERE UNLESS YOU WANT MINIMUM CARE AND TREATMENT. I guarantee it’s gonna take 2-4 weeks to get his medical records transferred just to be smartThursday 26th August 2021
4MyCreative Mind1 StarONE OF THE WORST PEDIATRIC OFFICES THAT I HAVE BEEN TO. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. CAN NEVER GET THROUGH BY PHONE OR IN PERSON. WAY BEFORE COVID-19 HIT THIS OFFICE HAS BEEN RIDICULOUS IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE. WHAT DR.'S OFFICE DOES NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE NOR RETURN PHONE MESSAGES AND KEEPS THEIR DOORS LOCKED. THEY ARE NOT EVEN LOCATED IN HOOD PART OF TOWN AND STILL CONTINUE TO HAVE PISS POOR SERVICE. TAKING OVER 2 WEEKS TO HONOR RELEASE OF MEDICAL RECORDS TO OTHER DOCTORS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.Thursday 25th June 2020
