Maggie Peregrim5 StarIt had been nearly a decade since I had been to the dentist - a delay that came out of fear mostly due to previously bad experiences at other practices. Dr. Viertl and his staff were all kind and there was zero judgement about the fact that I hadn’t been to a dentist in so long. I had a serious cavity that needed a root canal. While the root canal was done at Eastern Shore Endodontics, Dr. Viertl and his team did the prep and then the crown follow up. They also completed a filling on a different tooth.
They are thorough and made sure I didn’t experience pain - often checkin in throughout procedures. They also are very communicative - they walk you through what they are doing when working on your teeth, but they also are very helpful in terms of explaining billing/insurance. I never thought I would recommend a dentist, but here we are! I will be using them for any and all future dental needs.Friday 6th March 2020
